Cwm Taf People First is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, set up and run by and for adults with learning disabilities.
Supporting over 200 adults with learning disabilities, together, we co-produce, co-design, co-create and co-evaluate Health and Social Care Services to ensure that there is voice, choice and control over their lives. We’ve been in operation since 1996 and work closely with other People First Groups across Wales. We currently employ 16 people of which 10 have a learning disability.
During the last 28 years we’ve built the skills of our members and staff to be able to offer a wide range of activities and services and have a team of experienced trainers and self-advocates at the ready.
